Privacy
This page describes what Listing Staging collects when you use the application at app.listingstaging.com, and what happens to it. The marketing page you arrived from collects nothing.
Who you are
Signing in goes through Google. Google tells us the email address on the account you choose, and that address is the only identity we hold. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask Google for your contacts, calendar, or files.
What we store
- The photograph you upload, and the prepared copy we make from it — straightened, cropped to a size the model renders cleanly, and re-encoded.
- Any regions you mark to protect, and the room type and style you choose.
- Every staged result we generate for you, and which one you selected.
- Your orders, and the Stripe checkout session identifier for each one.
- Your prepaid staging balance, and which photos you spent it on.
Payment
Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and handled by Stripe. They never reach our servers and we do not store them. What comes back to us is whether a session was paid, and its identifier.
What we do with your photos
We use them to stage the room you asked us to stage, and to show you each result beside the original so you can check it. We do not sell them, and we do not hand them to anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your uploads, results and orders so that your order history stays readable and so you can download a photo you have already paid for again later. If you want your photos and account removed, write to support@listingstaging.com and we will delete them.
Cookies
The application sets the cookies its sign-in and session need; without them it cannot tell one signed-in person from another. The public marketing page sets no analytics cookie.
