Drag the handle. The crown moulding, the window and the fireplace hold their exact positions across the seam — only the furniture is new. Both halves are the same photograph, so anything that moves is drift you can see.

How it works

From empty room to listing-ready.

  1. Upload the empty room. Use a phone photo or a listing still. We straighten it, crop it to the shape staging works best with, and tell you what the crop removed.
  2. Compare, then choose. Pick a look and inspect each result against the original. If anything in the room has changed, ask for another. You only pay for the one you choose.
  3. Buy the one that holds. Ten dollars downloads a clean JPEG, a labeled copy, and the original to run beside it for disclosure. Prepay $40 for five and it is $8 a photo.

What it actually does

See what changed. See what did not.

Each pair below is one photograph before and after, staged exactly the way yours would be. The line under each names the permanent features that had to survive it.

These rooms are demonstrations, not client listings — each “before” frame is generated, then staged exactly the way yours would be. The fitted rooms below change far less than the bedroom, and that is the point rather than a weaker demo: a kitchen has nowhere to put furniture, so it gets decor, and we will not repaint cabinets to make a before-and-after look busier. Listing photographs are licensed by the photographer who took them, and we would rather show you our own rooms than publish somebody else’s property.

An empty bedroom with two windows, a ceiling vent and floor vents Original
The same bedroom staged with a bed, nightstands, a dresser, a bench and a rug Virtually staged
Held Both windows and their blinds, the ceiling vent, the smoke detector and both floor vents. Nothing structural moved — the furniture is the only thing that is new.
An empty kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters and a tile backsplash Original
The same kitchen with a plant and a framed picture added Virtually staged
Held The cabinets, the counters, the backsplash and the appliances. A fitted kitchen gets decor, not furniture — and we will not repaint joinery to make a before-and-after look busier.
An empty bathroom with a double vanity, a large mirror and a tiled tub Original
The same bathroom with a framed picture added above the tub Virtually staged
Held The vanity, the mirror, the fixtures, the tub and every tile. A bathroom is almost entirely fitted, so there is very little here a staging pass should be touching.

Simple pricing

$10 a photo, or $40 for five.

Generating and comparing is free — up to nine attempts a day before you have bought anything, which is enough to try three rooms properly. Buy one staged photo for $10, or prepay $40 for five and pay $8 each — spend them one room at a time or all at once, it makes no difference to the price. Buying anything lifts the daily limit.

Staging a whole brokerage? Talk to us about bulk pricing — we would rather understand how your team shares work before selling you a number.

Prepaid staging never expires. There are no monthly credits to burn before the 30th, no subscription, no seat license and no minimum.

The property stays the property

What we will not do.

We do not repaint walls, change flooring, move windows, or invent fixtures. If a result drifts, pick another. Your download includes the original beside the staged frame for MLS disclosure.
